I love helping people find their best selves after bariatric surgery. That is why I have created my courses - to help people add to their post-op skills, at their own pace, so that they may work with their surgical tool to see their dream results.
My approach as a bariatric dietitian is to support people in building a post-op lifestyle that can achieve long-term weight loss and increase body positivity and self-confidence. Everything I create for the bariatric community is done with these things in mind.
Troubleshoot common pain points along the bariatric journey like: fear of carbohydrates, lack of meal balance and feeling full too quickly.
